Nuala, so shocked and sad you’ve had to leave this earth which you honoured and respected in every aspect of your life. You were right in there when respect and care for the earth were only vaguely acknowledged . Thank you also for your monumental contribution to icap over many years. Your respect and undaunting commitment to those who came to you with lives of often unspeakable pain and loss enables many to move towards transformative positive lives . Thanks to you. Nuala, Go gently into pure love. Teresa Gallagher LIFETIME There’s something about Life Celebrating Repetition Trying nostalgically to fit into time Our time, finite, moving, moving on, Grandmother’s clock continues to strike Strikes, even when we hold our breath. Time, never enough to be, to do, to long Longings, what we don’t want to end. Time, disregarding our feelings, our love, at one, in people, in nature In life all around us, time moves on. Yet energised waves lap the shore Murmuring streams flow by, endless, unstoppable Flowing forward in time Leaving us behind. The gift of life is our gift. Time is enough, remembering each other Together in time into timelessness Forever. Poem by Teresa Gallagher
